It was excellent base for visiting most Lixouri attractions.

We had a PLEASANT stay in Lixouri right by the amazing Vardiani restaurant, lovely sandy beach and taverns, which are excellent value for money and Lixouri, about 5 to 10 minutes drive from Zest apartments. We did not want to leave there, couldn't recommend more.

We had a fantastic stay at Zest. Petros and Eleni were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. the pool area was lovely and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast served there every morning. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful Xi beach. the room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Zest @ XI Beach for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Cons: All was perfect! 👍.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. The bed and room were comfortable, and the pool area was clean and enjoyable. Additionally, the nearby beach and tavernas were convenient and added to the charm of the location.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and could benefit from an upgrade.

Further than advertised from the beach, 800m not 200-300m. The "villas" are actually 2 level with poor sound insulation between floors, so depending on company you may have to endure some noise. Bottom floors are overlooking the road.

I always stay at this place in Lixouri. No regrets. Staff helped with room problem at night on my first stay. Perfect for me - Wi-Fi, car park, kettle, cookware, AC. Coming back for New Year.

Fantastic apartments in a quiet and underdeveloped location. Spacious rooms with air conditioning and a large balcony. The owner, Petros, was always available and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was an honesty bar with affordable drinks. A short drive to Lixouri and Xi beach is within walking distance. Fish bones is a great beachfront bar to visit. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and cozy stay.

We got great value for our money with the spacious and clean apartments at Zest @ XI Beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Xi beach and a few local tavernas. The staff, especially Petros and his wife, were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast had a good selection, but it could have been improved with more variety.

The pool was cleaned daily and we were offered extra food for free. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. The location was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return.
